Somali leaders, students call for change in Mpls. schools

MINNEAPOLIS -- Minneapolis School board member Hussein Samatar spoke out on behalf of the Somali community Tuesday in hopes of shining a light on what he calls a lack of leadership in Minneapolis Public Schools.
