Minneapolis mask mandate lifted, St. Paul's to be lifted Wednesday

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey lifted the mandate Tuesday afternoon, while St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter is expected to sign an executive order Wednesday.
