Appointment of Police Spokesperson by Somali Police Chief

General Sulub Ahmed Firin, the Somali Police Chief, has appointed Major General Qasim Ahmed Roble as the new spokesperson for the country's police, replacing Major Sadiq Aden Ali-Doodishe.
