بسم اللّه والحمد للّه وصلاةُ اللّهِ وسلامُه على حبيبِه وخليلِه وخِيرتِه مِن خلقِه ومُصطفاه وعلى آلِه وأصحابِه وأتباعِه ومَن والاه.
.وبعدُ

رَبّ اشْرَحْ لِيْ وَيَسِّرْ لِيْ أَمْرِيْ وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِّسَانِيْ يَفْقَهُوْا قَوْلِيْ
آمين.

قال اللّه تعالى: وَلِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ هَادٍ.ألرّعد.ألآية 7.

And to every people there is a guide (a leader)

وقال تعالى: وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُوْنَ بِأَمْرِنَا وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْهِم فِعْلَ الْخَيْرَاتِ وَإِقَامِ الْصَّلاةِ وَإِيْتَاءِ الْزَّكاةِ وَكَانُوا لَنَا عَابِدِيْنَ' ألأنبياء.ألآية.73 .

And we made them leaders, guiding (mankind) by our command and We revealed to them the doing of good deeds and performing the prayer (Salaat) and the the giving of Alms (Zakaat) and For Us alone They were worshippers.

وقال تعالى: وَجَعَلْنَا مِنهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُوْنَ بِأَمْرِنَا لَمَّا صَبَرُوْا. ألسّجدة.ألآية.24.

And We made among Leaders giving guidence under Our command after having been patient.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وآله وَسَلَّمَ : إِذَا كَانَتْ أُمَرَاؤُكُمْ خِيَارَكُمْ , وَأَغْنِيَاؤُكُمْ سُمَحَاءَكُمْ , وَأَمْرُكُمْ شُورَى بَيْنَكُمْ , فَظَهَرَ الأَرْضِ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ مِنْ بَطْنِهَا

The prophet peace and mercy be upon him said: If those qualified and competent ones are your Leaders, then living on the earth is much better for Ye than lying dead and buried under it.

Guiding principles for successful leadership.

We live today in an entirely different world than it was just a few years ago.
A global world of rapid technological change and constant flow of information flowing over us.

It has been estimated that the total knowledge doubles every two or three years.

The technology explosion of new products everyday coming to market at an accelerating pace.
The enviromental issues are increasingly focused on.

It's a great need of leaders who seek wisdom, and lead with integrity to build a long-term success and lasting values for companies, organizations and society.

In a time filled with short-term goals and quick results, it's needed insight about what is realy worth to strive for. This takes time and requires persistence to achieve.

Whether we create good family relationships, or build a thriving business and well-functioning society, we need leaders who combine the ability to create results with long-term development of individuals and organizations. Leaders who want to contribute to a better quality of life.

The wisest way to live is to behave or do right and to seize the truth and life opportunities.
If you live so, you'll never fall or stumble when you run.
This way of life will lead you to a real life.

There are timeless truths- universal principles and laws in the human dimension which are as unyielding as gravity is in the physical dimension.

Truths which don not only form a set of values but also the very basis of human effectiveness and interaction.
These principles have - during the millennium - helped humanity to manage change. To make development and success in every aspect of life.

When we build our lives on these principles, we become more insightful and complete individuals.
They form a foundation for our leadership, our relationships, our dicisions and our daily activities.
