    The African Union Mission for Somalia (AMISOM) forces have been accused of killing at least 7 people after roadside bomb hit its armourd convoy in Marka town in Lower Shabelle, residents said.

The African Union Mission for Somalia (AMISOM) forces have been accused of killing at least 7 people after roadside bomb hit its armourd convoy in Marka town in Lower Shabelle, residents said.
The AMISOM troops attacked on wedding part in the town of Marka, killing at least 7 people including 5 from same family, according to residents who spoke to Shabelle Media based in Mogadishu.

The incident came after roadside bomb tore through an armored personnel carrier in Marka town lies 109 km (68 miles) southwest of Somalia capital, Mogadishu.

Last week, at least 20 people were killed and 30 others injured by African Union troops in Marka town after opening fire indiscriminately on unarmed civilians, Shabelle reported, citing police and local residents.
