    Pirates Free a Kidnapped Student After Talks in Central Somalia

    Galka'yo – Somali pirates have on Saturday freed a young native student they kidnapped and held as hostages for weeks in parts of central province of Mudug, after many efforts paid by the Galmudug state officials and the local elders.

Galka'yo – Somali pirates have on Saturday freed a young native student they kidnapped and held as hostages for weeks in parts of central province of Mudug, after many efforts paid by the Galmudug state officials and the local elders. A/llahi A/risak Habib, the kidnapped student by the Somali pirates at school in northern Galka'yo town few days ago has expressed deep joy for his immediate release.

The release of this young school boy was reported to have come, after long talks by his family, the administration of Galmudug state and pirates in central Somalia. The pirates said the have detained this boy for return of large sums of ransom money has been robbed in Gara'at township near Galka'yo district.
